I loved staying here; it was comfortable and well-managed.

the hotel was placed in the efficient business location in the frankfurt area. the breakfast was free and sensational, with a huge variety of food.

Breakfast good, somewhat cold atmosphere, bed good, shower went well, plastic actually uncomfortable to unappealing.

directly at the street, much too loud, impossible for the price, the shower is outdated, plastic tub simply unpleasant

The rooms were particularly good with amenities like a minibar, climate control, and a personal safe. the staff were excellent and very nice. - Frankfurt airport was only 22 minutes away by car.

The breakfast was really great and the TV was huge. :-)

The location is of course not central, but I had expected that. Unfortunately one heard the motorway/expressway strongly (despite closed window).

The location was perfect and magnificent in a beautiful area, near Hanau on business, Steinheim downtown and the Frankfurt airport. This was a very pleasant stay for a business trip, they offered double room.

For our purposes, the situation was good. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Well stocked minibar... Dogs are welcome... Sufficient parking spaces.

Small very functional rooms with little charm... Almost no shelf in the bathroom. W-LAN does not work (we were kicked out after a few minutes or even seconds each time)

19,-€ for breakfast seems to me a little too much, as there was no breakfast, I find that a little excessive

I chose Best Western for its convenient location near the landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, especially the complimentary newspapers in the lobby and the dry cleaning/laundry services. the sumptuous buffet offered a stand with a chef to cook eggs to order, which I really enjoyed.

Long wait time for dinner.

The bed was too hard and pillows lumpy, so I had a back ache in the morning.

Great location, close to cool restaurants and historic sites, and even near the airport ✈️. the breakfast had a good variety of food that was just fantastic, catering to different tastes.

Walking distance to Steinheim. Close to the highway.

Expensive relative to other local hotels. Wifi works intermittently at best. Restaurant service not what it should be.
